The interview took about 20 minutes and asked basic competency questions, what I knew about Aviva and why I wanted to work there. At the end I had two answer two questions, involving actuarial methods, using excel.

They were friendly and created a welcoming environment, which helped ease my nerves. The first part of the interview focused on my understanding of the role and the insurance industry. They asked why I wanted to join Aviva and what drew me to the actuarial profession. I highlighted my enthusiasm for solving complex problems and my interest in applying mathematical skills to real-world financial risks.

a very structured interview! the interviewers asked a lot of meaningful questions, including both behaviour and technical ones; behaviours ones are very typical and the technical questions are based on my past experience;
