We prepared, highly structured process. First meet with head hunter, than AvivaS human resources team and then tech lead and the director. After all salary proposal. If you accept then meet with CIO.

Background details, and overall architectural questions
Good question and detailed information asked. Quite formalised process. Overall a good experience. Will recommend. I have given the interview one week ago and expect results by this week. Questions were asked based on scenarios and responses in STAR method.
Several stages during the assessment center, including case studies, a chat with two interviewers and also a group interview where you have to solve a problem with other interviewees. Time management is the most important for the last stage.
