The interview process consisted of three parts: Home Task – You’re asked to develop a React Native application and share it with the interviewers. Technical Discussion – A call with the team in Poland to review your application and answer their questions. Final Interview – A conversation with managers from the UK. I decided not to proceed with the process, as developing the app would have required a significant time investment. Additionally, the salary range shared by the recruiter was lower than I expected, which made the opportunity less appealing.
