Very poor - was invited for a video interview Thursday on a call Monday. Chased multiple times for a copy of the job description to prepare and the link to the interview by email and leaving voicemails - not received. Had to leave a voicemail requesting interview be rescheduled. Received a phonecall Friday asking why I did not attend interview the day before - despite them never sending me the link or acknowledging any of my calls/emails. Was told I'd get a follow up later that day, still not heard anything.
Very disappointed in Aviva.
Comprised of multiple steps, commenced with a simple phone interview to check and confirm some details of the cv you sent in. Then there is a logical test and if you pass that there is a second interview
Simple and straightforward, asking detail about previous experience , what you want to do in future . If you want to further develop . How you deal with difficult situations ect
