Remote due to Covid so was a little bit different to traditional interview. Questions pretty standard. Applied on line so automated response but at least acknowledged. Other than that was a smoothe process.

The interviewer asked about my experience and what research I had done on the Company. They asked some technical underwriting questions and some scenario based questions. Overall I felt the interview was fair.

Interview
Face to face formal interview. I was advised to prepare for a competency interview with a technical test but neither of these happened. Interview was positive and I was told I would hear back very soon. I chased several times for feedback and was always told ‘there is none’. I was eventually given feedback 11 weeks later and was told it was a ‘system failure’
