I applied to Avnet through my university's career services website, after reviewing my resume Avnet's recruiter scheduled an inter on my university's campus. I was then email that I would have a final phone interview which was with HR and the hiring director. I was called by the recruiter with the offer.
they ask most of the question from your resume and overall the process was not that much hard the manager was decided soon and started the week after got the offer
