Axiom Law interview questions

I applied online. Had an initial screening and two further interviews with practice management representatives the same week. Got an offer a week later. The whole process to get on the waitlist, including background checks and references, took five weeks. My overall impression was that they overpromise and fail to deliver. Axiom must have been a market leader a few years ago and are still riding on that reputation, but the field has become crowded. They were keen to sign me up and acted as if they had a good pipeline. When it came to actual placement, there was nothing remotely suitable. Which was a let-down after an onerous background and reference check. The offer was low despite their claims of salaries "comparable" with regular jobs, and that was based on full-time employment. By their own admission, people who want to work full-time only get 10 months a year, and one wonders how often they achieve that. My coordinator sent me a pointless mass e-mail but failed to respond to an actual message. I got a better placement through a consultant, with none of the fake positivity, and never heard from them again.
