I applied online. I interviewed at Axos Bank in May 2020
Interview
The entire process was poorly managed. Started with an initial phone interview, followed by a Winderlic test. Followed up twice over a few weeks. The hiring manager finally got back to me, asked to schedule an in person interview. Another two weeks went by, finally scheduled an in person interview. Had an in person interview and another Wonderlic test. Waited a few more weeks, following up each week. Finally set up another interview with the hiring manager. After 4 in depth interviews and two IQ tests, I got an auto rejection email from the company. They clearly don't care about their candidates, shown by virtually no communication throughout the process.
First call was with a recruiter and the second call was with the hiring manager. The recruiter was great, but the process stretched out as the process was put on hold and then the position was eventually cancelled.

Question 1
What's an example of a feature that you would change in a software you currently use?
I first met with HR for a phone screen. This was then followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by interview her 5 directs, and then her manager as the final round.
I interviewed with the hiring manager but was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter for a status update but received no response. Still waiting for any feedback or update. Clearly a waste of time
