Pros

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.

We appreciate you sharing this and are glad the learning opportunities and team environment stood out during your time here. We agree that exposure to a wide range of technologies is one of the real strengths of working at Axos. On compensation, we do regularly benchmark our pay structures and offer discretionary performance bonuses for most roles to reward those who go above and beyond. We also operate on a merit-based system, so growth opportunities are there for employees who demonstrate strong performance. We wish you well in your next chapter.

Pros

The compensation can seem great when it is your first time working for a big company. It is also exciting and I had been looking forward to it. I never expected a company like this could be so miserable and management so unprofessional.

Cons

• Problems start with top leadership and get worse under lower management. • Poisonous attitudes, unpredictability, abuse of authority, and fear based leadership create a miserable workplace. • Employees are constantly disrespected and belittled. • New trainees are humiliated for mistakes instead of being properly guided. • High turnover leads to constant resignations and layoffs. • The horrible atmosphere is hidden from outsiders and reflects management's attitude.

We believe every employee deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that standard applies at every level of the organization. The experience described here does not reflect the culture we strive to build at Axos. We take concerns like these seriously and encourage anyone who feels this standard isn't being upheld to reach out to HR directly.
