Applied online, took a week and a half to get a response, got a phone interview. They asked the basic behavioral questions and tried to sell me on the company's benefit package. The Recruiter was nice; she told me the entire process but I ended up not moving forward
After applying, I got a phone call interview. After that, I did a wonderlic survey to test my math and cognitive abilities. After that was an actual interview which led to a good result.
