I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Axos Bank (Centennial, CO) in Apr 2023
Interview
Just completed the first interview. It was standard HR stuff - tell me about experience, salary expectations, etc This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an interview. The person was obviously not paying attention - hadn’t reviewed my resume, asked 3 different times why I was looking to leave my current job, asked “have you worked on the development of new product features” quite literally right after I’d described one of the most impactful features I delivered, didn’t know the structure of the team I would work on, began to list the names of the executive team after I asked her where she thought the company would grow/expand…..and the list goes on. Even if I get an invite for additional interviews I may not take it, bc this experience makes the company look disorganized and is a red flag
First call was with a recruiter and the second call was with the hiring manager. The recruiter was great, but the process stretched out as the process was put on hold and then the position was eventually cancelled.

Question 1
What's an example of a feature that you would change in a software you currently use?
I first met with HR for a phone screen. This was then followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by interview her 5 directs, and then her manager as the final round.
I interviewed with the hiring manager but was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter for a status update but received no response. Still waiting for any feedback or update. Clearly a waste of time
