Interview
IQ test at home followed by another IQ test on site and several rounds of interviews. Last round is with the CEO. All of the tactics are just to brainwash you to believe you are working for this miraculous company and you’ll be rewarded handsomely if you put in Wall Street banker hours for 1/3 of the pay. They try to offer me 20k less than my classmate, who’s white, for the same job and same title.
