Interview
Corporate Recruiter contacted me and conducted a phone screening. I was not local, so my interview was scheduled a few weeks out. I had two consecutive interviews, since the first one went well. I was contacted by the recruiter immediately via email, letting me know that an offer was being drafted.

Question 1
First some very basic interview questions and a handful of behavioral questions. The conversation took a turn to personal chit chat with both the Training Manager, and then HR Representative.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at B. Braun (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Had a brief phone screen with the recruiter and scheduled 2 consecutive interviews with the hiring managers via Microsoft Teams. The first interview included standard questions on my previous experience. For the next interview that followed, the hiring manager did not make an appearance. I had to contact HR to confirm if the interview was still taking place and they responded by saying the the interviewer must've "forgotten" despite having scheduled it earlier. I rescheduled the interview for the following week and did not hear back at all even after emailing HR for a status update. Extremely unprofessional behavior overall and would not recommend.
