About a month later, someone from HR contacted me for a phone interview, and a week later I was brought in for a group interview with the hiring manager, one of his peers and the hiring manager's boss. The three interviewers seemed extremely unorganized, but were and also very intimidating. The first thing I saw that that the hiring manager's boss had my entire resume, including my name, highlighted, so I knew I was in for a rough interview. They often talked over each other and did not allow me enough time to answer a question before one of the other 2 asked me another one. They were just firing out questions, from my resume to "what if" scenarios, like crazy. They just kept asking questions for the sake of asking questions. It was not a pleasant experience.
