First a phone interview and then an in person interview. Overall a very positive experience. They’re building a really great company and everyone seemed truly excited to be working here. I spend 30 minutes shadowing someone currently in the role I was interviewing for. He explained the basics of the software they use and I sat in in a couple sales calls. After that there was a 30 minute interview with the recruiter and one of the sales managers, followed by another 30 minute interview if the hiring manager and an intern. Overall a great experience. Both of the interviews felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. I was very disappointed not to get the offer in the end.
