It was an informal interview, A BRE came to my branch at Bank of America and offer me the position. I interviewed with their direct boss at a restaurant and I got the offer the next day. Its was really easy interview, the only thing the focus on is sales.

He asked me to role play two different scenarios.
1) Under producing personal banker corrective action conversation and vise versa.
2) Interaction with a business customer that you're prospecting.
Interview lasted about 45 minutes.
During the process he expressed to me that BBVA believed in developing and advancing their employees. He mentioned that the company rarely hired outside for managers.

Recruited by my friend District Manager, got to know my professional skills, asked me questions on how will i handle certain bank situations with employees, customers and co-workers. Second face to face interview role play on how to do daily huddles, how to coach an employee, how to do a cold call to a customer and how to sales pitch. Third Interview was the job offer over the phone.
