Don’t bother, you’ll get ghosted. Applied through website. Two weeks later, recruiter emailed and set up time to speak with recruiter. Spoke with recruiter, recruiter passed me to staffing coordinator. Staffing coordinator set up meeting with hiring manager within a few days. After done with hiring manager, staffing coordinator set up meeting with Controller. Recruiting coordinator said decision will be made by mid next week. Following Thursday came and
went no response. Emailed staffing coordinator on Friday and was told recruiter would be in touch real soon. Waited until the following Wednesday, sent 2nd follow up email. No response. Called both the recruiter and recruiting coordinator, they didn’t pick up so left voicemails for both. No response. More than two weeks after final interview and no response. It would have been nice to receive at least a rejection email, even a generic one. I mean, I did spent 8 hours prepping for the interviews.
