I had a phone call with HR and then had a zoom interview with an attorney. After this I completed a writing assignment for them. It was my understanding that if the writing was well done, another interview would occur. During my call with HR I was told I had enough experience. My zoom call seemed to go well and HR requested I complete a writing prompt for them. After turning in the assignment, they complimented me on my work but turned me down for someone with more experience. Felt weird doing an assignment and having them turn me down for something I thought they had already vetted me for. Oh well! Can’t win them all. At least they seemed efficient and very nice to work with. The HR call was about 30 minutes and the interview 45 minutes. The writing assignment took about an hour.
