A total of 5 interviews. One telephone and four web interviews. A series of different supervisors from each department that I would be affecting. Or they wanted their opinion. Some of the interviews involved two people in one interview via Webex. Then, was passed to the next set. iSwear this was an unbelievable process. After doing five full interviews, you would think by interview number two, they would have had some sort of inkling that I wasn't a good fit. They were aware that I had another full-time job, but I they requested the next interview 24-48 hours later. Five interviews spanned over 10 calendar days. This was stressful, as I was on the eastern time zone at the time and they are based in California (Pacific time). They presented themselves as they wanted the best of the best, which is what I presented. After reading reviews and interviews and add my experience with Bill.com - I thoroughly disagree - they do NOT. They are a mediocre company with the desire to be cutting edge and attempt to display diversity - again, I thoroughly disagree. High talents are not desired, I don't believe - which is contradictory considering that technology is the primary basis. Out of all of my 25+ years of working and interviewing, I have had such an odd, unusual and bizarre experience. I found it all to be unprofessional. At times, the person wasn't even there and I had to wait. They are deep down conservative. And they are not the type of company that they claim to be. I'm glad I dodged the bullet and seek to find remote positions that are more suited i.e. in the Midwest, South or East Coast. They are in their own little world. I decided against doing a review in 2017 because I moved on. Bumped into this company again and decided to add my review over a year later. If you can play an "act" and lack authenticity and don't desire to be with a company that will allow you to grow but stays in a "mold" - This company is for YOU. They are in a class of their own and a bubble company - Just in their own little world. I'll pass and no thank you. Disrespectfully yours truly.
