I applied online and was contacted within a day to set up a phone interview. The recruiter called me around 10 minutes late and asked 2 questions and hung up. I felt that was very disrespectful since I had to take time off and even reserved a quiet area for the phone call. The interview lasted around 5 minutes and said she'll check with her team and get back to me. I followed up after 3 days and never heard back. Not a single email or phone call from them again. I am truly disappointed since I do have a few friends that work here and love this place.
