      Customer Success Advocate Interview

      Nov 8, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BILL (Houston, TX) in Oct 2020

      Interview

It went really well. I sent my resume in and got an email back that day or the next. I did an initial thirty minute interview that went really well and she said she would talk to her team and get back to me. I got an email that day that I had a Zoom interview that was a skill test and I really liked the trainer that I talked to that day. He made his part of the interview very comfortable. After that, I got an email to schedule me with two Zoom interviews. One with a manager from Palo Alto first, and then I spoke to the manager in Houston. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. They didn't really ask any hard questions. If you get an interview, know someting about the culture of the company, have some energy, and just be yourself! That's what it's all about. After the last interview, she told me that I would hear something in a day or two. I got an email an hour or so later from the hiring liason asking how I thought the interview went and would it be okay if she called to go over a few things they talked about. I emailed back and said of course! She called within thirty minutes and offered me the job. Very smooth process. Very nice, authentic people. I feel like this will be a great place for me.
