Recruiter reached out via email and scheduled a Phone screen. I had the phone screen and she said that she would talk to the hiring manager and get back to me. She did get back to me and let me know I would not be moving forward. I had anticipated that because I was well overqualified for the role. The salary range she gave me was a joke because it was $93k-113k for San Jose. Unbelievable. It seems like they are taking advantage of the pandemic because a salary like for a manager role in the bay area is extremely low.
