Interview
Recruiter did not communicate anything after an excellent interview with Hiring manager .The HR seems to be very impressed with my
experience and the answers provided. So it was strange for not getting any response after multiple follow up.

Question 1
Can you please explain the accounting flow for a product you have designed ?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BILL in Apr 2022
Interview
Started with a general call with the recruiter which went well. The next round was with the hiring manager to discuss my experience in more detail. He interrupted me often, showed a lot of doubt about projects that were successfully launched ("I'm not sure how that would work"), and at one point said that the problems I was solving were "too easy".
In addition, no one from the company ever followed up (though I would not want to continue if they did).
Advice: A skilled individual contributor or product manager is not the same as a good interviewer or people manager. Working on those soft skills can be what makes or breaks it for incoming talent.

Don't bother. The interview process was more about fishing for information rather than express interest in the candidate.
The product team seem rather small and not well diversify. Expected a lengthy interview process with 4 rounds.
