Recruiter was a great communicator and more thorough than usual in the screening interview. Very straightforward and typical process with recruiter, PMM leadership, other PMMs and Product. Presentation component with task to develop a GTM plan and an ask to have 45 min of material. It was odd that there was no interview with enablement nor that team present in the presentation panel, but instead other PMMs that you would not work directly with. Good vibes - interviews with female leadership and product - they were professional and friendly while asking relevant questions. Not so good -1:1 interviews - male product marketing team member was subtly condescending while other PMM was friendly but not exceptionally proactive in guiding the conversation which felt awkward as an interviewee.
