The interview process was really smooth and straight forward. I first interviewed with Christy from Talent/Acquisition. She had a lot of great information and was very transparent about the opportunity. I had 3 additional interviews with direct leaders and partners. All 3 were different and very informative. There was a lot of focus on the culture and current status of CX. The process was quick, transparent, and the leaders asked unique and thought provoking questions.
