I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BILL (Houston, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process was comprehensive. My initial conversation was with Talent Acquisition, to go over my experience and desired job descriptors, and ensure it matched the position. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager to get more of an idea of what the day-to-day of the job would entail. After that, I had an opportunity to speak with a senior member of the team to get the perspective of someone doing the work. Finally, I spoke with the Director, and again with the hiring manager afterward for the job offer. All these interviews took place within the span of about 2 weeks. I liked that the company was as motivated as I was during the hiring process. At every point, I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and desire for excellence of each interviewer. I opportunities to ask any questions I had, and it was clear that transparency was an important aspect of the hiring process; I appreciated this very much.

Very vanilla, the two ladies who interviewed were not very intelligent and picky beyond measure. Two half-hour interviews and a waste of time. You def need to realize what type of talent you have available.
