I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BILL (Lehi, UT) in Oct 2024
Interview
4 total interviews with varying levels of managers. The process was super smooth and was more about finding the right culture fit and diving into Manager best practices. Got to meet my direct manager as well as my VP which was super nice to see who I would be reporting to.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BILL
Interview
Went through a recruiter screen which was fantastic. The recruiter was super thorough and a great resource. After this, I had an interview with the hiring manager (recently promoted director) which was subpar to say the least. From the get-go the interviewer was super disengaged, ask the bare minimum qualifying questions, and provided little to no clarity to my questions. It was apparent the hiring manager already had other's in mind, which is fine, but really didn't want to be there.
