I honestly cannot remember the most difficult question. I think I tend to struggle with the "give an example of a time you had a conflict" questions. This is mostly because I don't like confrontation, nor do I encounter many conflicts.

I applied online. After that I got an email to schedule a phone screen where I got asked a couple of questions. It was very quick and was a simple process.
It was a straight forward interview that detailed my prior experience with sales and what expectations I had of the company. My prior experience was reviewed with me and the schedule that I was applying for was given to me to see if there were any issues.
