The interview was incredible. I didn't receive the position but got a wonderful insight into the world of financial advisory and the day-to-day operations that I never knew. The interviewer let me know more specific qualifications needed in able to heighten my chances of landing a position in the future. BMO training for the interviewers is top-notch, nothing like I've had before!

Interview
The interview was very laid back. The hiring manager described the postion in great detail. The position required a strong focus on sales, and he stressed the importance of meeting sales goals and targets. He advised that if I was not comfortable with meeting targets, I would not be successful in the position.
