Interview
It was a pretty easy interview. They had me describe myself and tell them about myself. Then talked with me about what the internship is and what I would potentially be doing.
Hirevue followed by a superday. Overall interview process was not bad, but communication from BMO was not good. It felt like pulling teeth and they are not responsive at all.
Very long and drawn out. Not very responsive and not well communicated what was happening. Interview was fine but communication was not. Would probably not want to do ever again.
Super simple. A couple of behavioral interviews and a technical case study prior to learning whether we got the internship or not. Would definitely take some time a prepare though.
