Interview

The interview questions were the basic behavioral questions asked during any interview. There were no unexpected or difficult questions. They were looking for customer service experience. The interviewers were looking for how you would handle certain situations with customers. Overall the interview went really well and the people were extremely nice!

Process started with phone interview with recruiter then an interview with the branch manager. Basic situational questions asked and also why I wanted to leave current employer. Job offer delivered by recruiter the next day.

I had an initial interview on campus. I passed the first interview and was invited for a second. The second one was at the IFL campus of BMO Harris bank in Brookfield, WI. It was a one-on-one interview with three branch managers. They asked behavioral, leadership and customer service questions.
