BMO US Relationship Banker interview questions

I had applied for a different position online and received the generated declined email. About 2 weeks later I received a call from a branch manager for a relationship banker interview. I interviewed with her the next week and received an offer less than a week later. The manager was very personable and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She did not read questions off a piece of paper like some managers do. I did receive an offer but declined due to another offer that was more geared towards my long term career goals.

Interview process with market manager was fast and smooth. After that I received an offer without meeting the branch manager. I requested to meet with the manager before accepting. Hiring process was smooth it took approx two weeks.
