Display of poor interviewing skills by their employee. That guy just didn’t know what to ask precisely. When I gave answer for only what he asked he added but won’t you have to do that step as well? I was like yes, but for the problem you asked this is the solution. The guy looked positive at the end of the interview and he was to reject he should have reflected a rejective attitude at the end of the interview. This is when it all becomes confusing. I feel like the guy speculated later and deliberately disliked my interview. Anyway, process wise they’re good. But not sure what the tech guys out their strategise the interview on.

Design a database for handling subscriptions like monthly yearly etc
First round is a zoom interview - clears our basics and one system design question.
Second round - system design again with some moderate level difficulty questions - apart from this it depends on the interviewer’s background what they ask - some ask Database and others may ask Coding problems.
