There are 4 steps - Initial interview with HR, then an interview with direct report, then I got to meet 4 people on the team and had a tech task with VP of Product

They asked how I prioritize test and just general AB testing questions
Brief phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a timed take home test. I then met with the hiring manager and would be peers. I received positive feedback and was told I would be contacted soon. I followed up and received no response - Ghosted!
