Interview
Be sure to confirm salary and benefits with a recruiter before moving forward to ensure it's a good fit. The compensation provided in the job description does not align with what is offered. Skills and previous experience aren't taken into account, it's all based on location with no room for negotiation. The interview process was fairly straightforward and quick. First, meet with a recruiter for a screening call and then on to the actual interviews with HM, cross-team, etc.
