Interview
Typical interview process up to the in-person phase. They really place a value on top undergrad. Less emphasis on Masters candidates.
Person to person up to the presentation and quality of interviewer varies.
Presentation is usually before two senior directors and maybe one or two additional staff.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
If you make it to final, expect a case study presentation. You are given two days to prepare a 30 minute presentation. 15 minutes of presentation, 15 minutes of QA from senior staff. Example case study is "Compare company performance of IBM v. Apple over a specific time period".
You will be asked obscure questions on financial ratios. They are looking for how well you perform under pressure, how well you present concepts. KEEP IT SIMPLE. STay on point and answer questions as they are asked.

Interview
I interviewed with this firm and initially had a very positive impression of its culture and people-centric values. However, after the interview process, I received no follow-up communication despite sending polite messages requesting an update. Even a brief note informing candidates that they were no longer being considered would have been appreciated.
While I understand that hiring priorities can change, candidate experience is often a reflection of organizational culture. The lack of communication felt inconsistent with the firm's stated emphasis on human-centered values.

Question 1
My feedback would be to improve transparency and close the loop with candidates, even when the outcome is negative.
There are a few steps in the whole process, including speaking with the recruitment team for screening, then speaking with a few other senior consultants/directors, and the final one is a case presentation.
