I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back
