Three rounds of interviews:
1) Screening interview with HR
2) Narrative interview with another project coordinator at BTS where they asked about your background. Next day was the Skills interview where they asked about specific people skills you had and gave you hypothetical situations to see how you would handle them.
3) Presentation. This was done in front of managers and the Director of Operations. You are given a case study of a company three days beforehand and are asked to put together a training plan Powerpoint. They ask you questions during and afterwards.

The interview was person-centered and a multi-step process. I appreciate knowing the interviewees as well as them getting to know me. I was predominantly interviewed by the team members. Phone interview, two video interviews, and a presentation are what makes up the hiring and interview process at BTS.
