Just to make it clear: I haven't received an offer yet, but if I get it I will probably accept. I was referred by my former colleague. First round was a short talk with the recruiter just as an introduction. Then they sent me a test assignment. Normally they expect to complete it during a week but I didn't have much time and they allowed to take more days. It wasn't that complex and solutions can be easily found in github(for example), but I wrote my own solution, which is also open on github. After I sent it back and they checked it they scheduled the the next round with 2 engineers. We went through the assignment and discussed some other programming aspects. Everything went smoothly and I have a very positive impression. After that it was a last round with 2 developers managers. We were talking about ways of working, some principles and about software production in general. Was also a very good experience. Currently I'm waiting for the feedback and decided to write a positive review even if I will not get an offer.
