Classic HR interview to express your motivations , your role and what are you looking for by joining BB and presentation of the company values and future steps
2- Offline questionnaire with 2 use cases to answer (out of 3) about real Scrum teams situation and how to deal with them
3- Questions about real day to day situations and how you deal with them as a Scrum Master (also going deeper in the previous offline questionnaire)
4- Choose 2 out of 3 use case of team issues and prepare a presentation on how you will deal with them , then live presentation with Q&A
5- Interview with some of the team members to measure the culture fit and your added value to the team

The interview process consisted of several steps/interviews but it went pretty smoothly. There was a mix of standard interviews and case studies/presentations. It was demanding but I enjoyed it, as I could present my skills and experience from different perspectives.
