Quick and efficient process with a variety of people from the team. First round was a phone call with the hiring manager. Second was a video interview with a recruiter and the current recruiter coordinator (whom this role is filling as they are moving into a full recruiter role) in Atlanta. The final and third round was a video interview again with another recruiter coordinator and the Director of TA (both based out of HQ in Netherlands). Everyone I spoke with at Backbase was very friendly and forthcoming. I was in final rounds (and received another offer) during my interview process with Backbase and they were able to turn over their interview process quickly. I really appreciated their open communication and the team seemed very friendly and intelligent which made the choice simple - I accepted the offer.
