The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn, process took 3-4 weeks. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and warm, and they looked like they know what they are doing. During all discussions/interviews I felt very comfortable, and really enjoyed process. I felt that these people are people I would enjoy working with, and this was a deciding factor for choosing Backbase over other companies I had the possibility to join at the time. I am very confident about my choice, and really look forward to starting this new (and if all goes well, long) chapter in my professional life.

And complete process was candidate supportive and having positive intent of hiring. On top of that I never felt, I am not part of Backbase in this interview process. So kudos to complete team, who has in-visioned and crafted this inclusive and respectful experience.
