Backbase Senior Project Manager interview questions

I knew about open position in Backbase via Linkedin and applied, pretty simple. After few days (less than a week) I was contacted by HR team for first interview and then I had 2 more interviews with peers and finally a role play presentation with directors and peers, that was harder because you need to prepare a case during a week. It took about 3 weeks (from the first contact) to receive an offer from Backbase. I can say I enjoyed the process

One of the best in class interview process. Intense at the same time fun. Loved it. Had multiple rounds but each had specific area to cover. There is a lot of preparation required for the case study round, but its worth it.
