I applied on Backcountry's website. I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me very basic questions as to make sure I knew what the job entailed and I was ok with that. Including black out dates and the physical nature of the job. I was supposed to interview for an AM shift but it got cancelled. Instead, I was offered a PM shift position without even having a real interview.
