Toxic environment with excessive micromanagement and tech debt

I honestly cannot find a single pro other than compensation was OK-ish.

Cons

- They count the number of tokens you use, and if you don't meet a quota, they punish you - They count the number of lines of code you've committed when discussing promotions. - The amount of tech debt is so insane that only the people who have worked there for 5 years has a chance to understand what the hell the code does.
