After applying online, an intern quickly reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. We set up a date later in the week. Less than 2 days before she sent a brief email to cancel my interview stating they decided to fill the position rather than complete the rest of the scheduled interviews. Very unprofessional. After this experience I would probably not apply to Backcountry again.
