      Easy, down to earth interview that flowed well. It set up the vibe for the time I was there. It was more of a conversation than an interview for anything overly technical.

      typing test and 30 minute interview to ask what you do in the outdoors. over the phone initial contact and then a one on one that was super relaxed. you can get a good feel for the vibe of the work environment when you go in for that one on one.
