Bain & Company Analyst interview questions

On campus placement, Resume and cover letter had to be submitted. They shortlisted around 40 students for the next round. It was scheduled at their office in Gurgaon. A 1 hr written test, data interpretation, business sense questions. Next round was a one on one interview with a team leader, he asked a a few HR questions followed by a guesstimate. Pretty warm and helpful. Then there was an elimination, top 15 had to go through the final round. It was on the same lines. My interviewer was pretty cold and shrewd, more like a stress interview. But different applicants had different experiences.
