Interview
A couple of weeks after applying, I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. I spoke with a recruiter and she said she would touch base with the hiring manager and let me know if I would be moving forward. I never heard back from her even after following up a few weeks after we initially spoke. I'm assuming she dropped off of the face of planet. I mean, that could be the only explanation for being so rude right? I hate when companies do this to people. I really expected more from a company like Bain.
In retrospect, I guess my conversation with the recruiter was really odd and I shouldn't have expected to move forward. She showed her cards so to speak. She was initially really upbeat and friendly but towards the end I guess I gave an answer she didn't like and her tone did a complete 180.
