I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jul 2018
Interview
After a test (GMAT-like questions) I was invited for the first round of interview, which consisted of three interviews. The interviews varied from 1:1 to 3:1. While the first one was quite quantitative (tip-practice operations on large numbers!), the last one was more qualitative - I was asked to provide some creative answers to the question on TV channel for kids.
i had an interview with Bain after completing my online assessment. They gave me 4 days to prepare for the two case and 1 behavioral interviews in the first round. Is this normal?
Typical consulting cases with 5 minutes of behavioral in the beginning. Two separate interviewers for the first round; math questions were not hard and mostly focused on market sizing. Good luck!
case studies and guesstimates followed up by resume questions. first it started with an aptitude test which was hard and then the short listing for interviews. we had 2 interviews per person
